What does the replicas field in a kustomization.yaml do?

Answer: Sets the replica count of a named Deployment or StatefulSet
Explanation
Each entry has a name and a count, and it applies to Deployments, ReplicationControllers, ReplicaSets and StatefulSets with that name. For anything else, such as an HPA, use a patch.
