Answer: Rewrites deprecated fields, such as bases, into the fields that replace them
Explanation
It moves bases into resources, imageTags into images, and patchesStrategicMerge and patchesJson6902 into patches. With --vars it also converts vars into replacements. Review the diff before committing it.
